Delete Your Data
Last updated: July 28, 2026
Label X-Ray doesn't use accounts, so there's no personal profile to delete — but here's what we store and how to have it removed early.
What we store
A random device identifier generated by the app, along with: how many scans that identifier has used this month, how many recall photo-identify requests it's used today, whether it currently has an active subscription, and any unused scan-pack credits. Nothing here is tied to your name, email, or any personal information.
How to request deletion
First, find your device identifier: open the app and scroll to the bottom of the main screen — you'll see "Device ID" with a Copy button next to it.
Then email [email protected] from any address, with the subject "Delete my data," and paste in your device identifier. We'll confirm by email once it's deleted, typically within a few days. Without a device identifier, we generally can't reliably locate your specific record — approximate usage dates aren't enough to distinguish one anonymous record from another.
What happens automatically, without any request
Even without contacting us, this data doesn't stick around indefinitely:
- Monthly scan counts expire automatically after about 35 days.
- Daily recall photo-identify counts expire automatically after about a day and a half.
- Subscription status and scan-pack credit records expire automatically after up to 400 days of inactivity.
