How free scans work

Every device gets 5 free scans a month, no account needed. The count resets automatically at the start of each month. Recall search is separate — always free and unlimited, no scan cost. Need more scans?

Monthly subscriptions (auto-renew until cancelled):

• Basic — $5.00/month — 20 scans/month
• Plus — $10.00/month — 50 scans/month
• Pro — $20.00/month — 200 scans/month

Scan packs (one-time, don't expire monthly):

• 10 Scan Pack — $2.00 — adds 10 scans
• 20 Scan Pack — $3.50 — adds 20 scans

Restoring a subscription

If you've reinstalled the app or switched devices, open the paywall screen and tap Restore Purchases to reconnect an active subscription to your device.

Canceling a subscription

Label X-Ray is currently available on Android only (an iOS version is in development). Subscriptions are managed through Google Play, not inside the app: open the Play Store app → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select Label X-Ray → Cancel.

Food vs. cosmetics

Use the Food / Cosmetics toggle on the main screen to switch categories — each has its own allergy list and analysis tuned to what matters for that kind of product.
